Shipping & payment

Tinycars Schebler offers worldwide shipping. We deliver our exclusive electric miniature vehicles to Germany, to all other EU member states and to numerous countries outside Europe.

All vehicles are carefully prepared for international transport and securely packed. Shipping is handled by suitable international logistics and freight partners.

International deliveries are subject to the applicable statutory import and transport regulations.

Shipping costs are calculated individually based on the destination country, vehicle size, weight and the chosen shipping method.

As our Tinycars are built specifically for each customer, transport is usually handled by a specialised freight carrier.

The applicable shipping costs are clearly communicated before the order is bindingly completed.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or other official charges may apply. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, these are to be borne by the recipient.

Our Tinycars are built individually to order.

The regular processing and delivery time is expected to be 14–21 days, depending on the model, the chosen equipment and the destination.

International deliveries, especially outside Europe, may take longer.

The expected delivery time for each order is communicated before the contract is concluded.

We offer our customers secure and straightforward payment processing.

The currently available payment methods are shown during the ordering process. Different payment methods may be available depending on the destination country and order value.

All payments are processed via secure payment service providers.

All vehicle prices are clearly shown in the respective product description.

Additional costs, in particular for individual optional extras and international shipping, are stated before the order is completed.

The applicable VAT information is shown in accordance with the tax treatment of the order.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional import charges, taxes and customs duties may apply.
