Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless the right of withdrawal is excluded by law.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement, for example by email or letter.

You can use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose. However, this is not mandatory.

You can also declare your withdrawal using the withdrawal function on our website at Withdraw from contract. If you use this function, you will immediately receive an electronic confirmation of receipt containing your statement and the date and time of receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Pursuant to Section 312g (2) No. 1 BGB, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for contracts for goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer's personal needs.

This exclusion only applies to products that actually meet the statutory requirements.

Simply ordering a vehicle in a colour or equipment variant offered as standard does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal.

If you validly withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of our cheapest standard delivery offered.

Additional costs for a more expensive shipping method chosen by the customer are excluded from the refund.

The refund will be made without delay, and at the latest within 14 days of receipt of your notice of withdrawal.

For the refund, we generally use the same means of payment that was used for the original order, unless expressly agreed otherwise. We do not charge any fees for this.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return, whichever is the earlier.

The customer bears the direct costs of return, provided they were properly informed of this before the contract was concluded.

For vehicles that, due to their nature, can only be returned by freight forwarder, the return costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately [Amount in EUR – to be added before publication].

You only have to pay for any loss in value if it results from handling the vehicle in a way that was not necessary to examine its nature, characteristics and functioning.
